الفا فيټوپروټين (په انگرېزي: Alpha-fetoprotein AFP, α-fetoprotein; alpha-1-fetoprotein, alpha-fetoglobulin او يا هم alpha fetal protein) يو ډول پروټين دی[۱][۲] چې په انسانانو کې د AFP جين لخوا په کوډونو سمبال شوی.[۳][۴]د AFP جين د کروموزوم 4 په q مټ موقعيت لري (4q25).

الفا فيټوپروټين په پلازما کې يو عمده پروټين دی چې د جنين د ودې په بهير کې په لړمانه او نوکڅوړې کې جوړېږي. داسې گڼل کېږي چې همدا پروټين د جنيني بڼې البوميني سېروم دی. AFP د تامبې, نېکل, شحمي اسيدونو او بيليروبين سره د تړل کېدلو توان لري[۴] او د پروټينونو په مونومېريک، ډايمېرېک او ټرايمېرېک بڼو کې موندل کېږي.
