ستورتينګه د ناروې پارلمان دی. دلته شاوخوا ١۶۹ وکيلان کښيني. هر څلورم (۴) کال په ناروۍ کي د پارلمان ټاکنی کيږی، او د ناروې اوسيدونکي په خپل خوښه دا ۱۶۹ تنه وکيلان ټاکي. پارلمان کولای سي په اساسي قانون کې موضوعات ورګډ کړي، يا پکښې بدلون راولي. د پارلمان ټاکلي وکيلان د پيسو پر حساب او کتاب باندې هم کنټرول لري. حتی دوي کولای سي چې د ټيکس په لږولو او ډيرولو کي هم لاسوهنه وکړي، او بدلونونه پکښې راولي. او د هرڅه ترڅنګ وکيلان دا توان هم لري چې ووايي چې څونه پيسې بايد د کلني بجټ لپاره و پوهنځيو، پوهنتونونو، پوځ، پوليسو، او نورو ته ورکړي.
